My name is Maryna Salata, and I’ve recently relocated to Vancouver, BC to join my husband, who is a Professor at UBC.

I bring over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, with a diverse background that includes residential property transactions, asset management of single-family homes and subdivisions, and working with both private and institutional investors. In addition, I have a strong foundation in property management, contract negotiation, maintenance coordination, and business financials—all supported by a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
