About Maude Dupont-Foisy:

I am a Certified Human Resources Professional (CRHA) with a degree in Industrial Relations from the Montreal University. At the present moment, I work for Northern Graphite Corp, a Canadian mining company. My core competencies are human resources, recruitment, training, labor relations, compensation and organizational development.

At the company Northern Graphite Corp, I help identify labor needs, create and post job descriptions, source and sort applications, conduct interviews and check references. I ensure smooth integration of new employees. I use tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Bullhorn to optimize the recruitment process. 

I create organizational policies to support the development of the Human Resources Department, handle compensation and negotiate with the unions. I develop and run training courses on various HR topics, such as labor relations and skills development. 

I am motivated by the challenge of finding the best talent and practices for the mining industry, and I hope to bring my vision and experience to a dynamic and innovative team.
