Experience

  • Comprehensive experience working in complex projects on Payment Solutions, Account Management, Changes on FX markets, Incoming and Outgoing Payment Interconnections. 
  • Expert in SWIFT ALLIANCE while dealing with MT103, MT199, MT999, MT202, MT940. 
  • Specialist on corporate payment investigation including WIRE, EFT, SEPA, FPS, CHEQUE & DRAFT. 
  • Significant knowledge and practical experience in the ISO 20022 standard.
  • Established experience in Reconciliation, Operational Risk, Compliance Management, Client Relationship. 
  • Operational Risk Auditor against all cash product of wholesale banking.
  • Excellent understanding of electronic fund transfer PUSH AND PULL.
  • Detailed insight of SEPA payments and related CAMT (Message Identifier) as per SEPA rule book.
  • Specialist to liaison between business stakeholders and internal payment processing teams to ensure resolutions on time, efficiently for various projects and payment solutions. 
  • Knowledge of application Salesforce, GPI, SWIFT Alliance, Different Banking Platforms. 
  • MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint knowledge to control, organize and match the highest level of work efficiency. 
  • Proficient in conducting correspondences on Fund Hold and Fund Block situations. 
  • Facilitated and hosted meetings with internal and external subject teams to smoothen the business with effective operational policy.
  • Skilled in drafting documents with a view to setup business process for the purpose of extracting and consolidating effective information from various source to justify business need.
  • Excellent understanding of financial compliances and regulations.
  • Have knowledge of BAMBORA IP Payments provides payment processing, accounts receivable automation, and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance solutions. 
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange market, including the review of market practices and procedures set by The Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee (CFEC).
  • Detailed insight of the global payment’s risk management concepts how to avoid or minimize potential losses that could result from fluctuations in exchange rates.
  • Hands-on experience of creating and reviewing SWIFT messages.
  • Solid understanding of financial protocols & networks such as GPI, SWIFT and different banking platform.
  • Solid understanding of RMA and RMA Plus set up that manages correspondent connections to better understand, manage and mitigate operational, compliance and fraud risks.
  • Good understanding of the KYC registry that provides a global source of KYC and adverse media information on correspondent banks and funds players, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced effort and cost for KYC.
  • Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), the process financial institutions/Banks use to gather customer information, aiming to identify and mitigate risks like money laundering, terrorism financing, and illicit activities.
  • Excellent understanding of reconciliation of Accounts and account receivables.
