Meagan Yarmey

I work at the intersection of psychology and organizational development, helping leaders and teams enhance resilience, performance, and workplace culture. With a PhD in Social Psychology and 20+ years of experience across higher education, organizational wellbeing, and clinical supervision, I bring both research expertise and practical insight. I’ve designed wellbeing frameworks, led leadership training, and coached high achievers in demanding fields. My focus is on evidence-based strategies that build sustainable success for both people and organizations.

20+ years spanning psychotherapy, higher education, and organizational consulting.

Directed wellbeing strategy at a leading independent school (designed and implemented a K–12 framework for 900+ students and 200 staff).

Clinical leadership: provided psychotherapy for high-performing professionals; supervised emerging clinicians; delivered CBT/ACT/DBT groups on imposter syndrome, public speaking confidence, anxiety, and depression.

University-level teaching (11+ years across psychology, research methods, counselling, and development).

Program design expertise: co-created a campus-wide Mental Health Literacy Certificate, established internship programs, and led resilience/leadership trainings.

Consulting: supported executives, entrepreneurs, clinicians, veterans, and elite students to strengthen resilience, leadership, and workplace performance.
