I have managed teams, ranging from four to 20 members, to effectively establish priorities and work assignments thereby ensuring the timely completion of projects. As the communication hub for my department, I am proactive in identifying potential problems and methods to improve schedules and processes. Simultaneously, I developed collaborative partnerships with other film departments, and outsourced vendors to ensure short-term and long-term goals were achieved.
