I possess an M.Sc.A in Speech Language Pathology from McGill University. In my previous clinical experiences as a Speech-Language Pathology student working in pediatric clinics and adult rehabilitation settings I have honed my skills in assessing and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. I have successfully implemented evidence-based practice to develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with patients and their families, and the interdisciplinary teams.

Providence Care Hospital April-July 2024
Worked on the acquired brain injury service providing assessment and intervention to patients with cognitive communication and language impairments. Facilitated clinical bedside swallow assessments to assess oropharyngeal dysphagia, provide diet recommendations, and safe swallowing strategies.
Heart and Hands Pediatric Clinic January-March 2024
Conducted assessment and intervention for school-aged children with language, articulation, and literacy difficulties. Worked in partnership with a dietician, psychologist, and occupational therapist at the clinic and teachers at Verdun Elementary School to provide comprehensive services.
Association Québécoise des Personnes Aphasique September-November 2023
Delivered teletherapy services to adults with aphasia. Executed assessment and intervention targeting written language and word finding difficulties. Facilitated communication groups to encourage and expand communication abilities using supported conversation strategies.
KidsInclusive Child and Youth Treatment Center May-June 2023
Facilitated assessment and intervention for pre-school aged children with autism spectrum disorders targeting language, social communication, and alternative and augmentative communication. Collaborated with an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, pediatrician, and social worker.
