I have experience in customer service and bakery management, where I provided exceptional service, assisted customers in selecting products for events, created and baked cakes, managed inventories, developed merchandising strategies, and handled social media. Additionally, in my role as an Organizational Development Officer at the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, I contributed to the development of training processes, updated the organizational structure, coordinated institutional events, and managed internal communications.

Currently I am studying a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management, also I have a degree in Psychology.
