Professional with 20+ years of broad work experience, in the following industries -Engineering Consulting, Mining, Service and Manufacturing.  My experience includes Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management. Experienced people manager leading small and large teams of up to 20+ reports as well as effectively leading teams through influence with no reporting lines.  

I am member of the International Registered Certified Auditors (IRCA) Association.  I have worked extensively with Kaizen, Lean and other production systems. I have been trained in Six Sigma and as Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and I have worked within ISO/TS:16949 Automotive Standard systems.  

Responsible for leading corporate quality management system for a  Canadian organization of 13 000 employees, working closely with cross functional teams, operational leaders and registration bodies.  

Harmonized numerous existing quality management systems to one National system adhering to ISO 9001:2015,  Global requirements and operational needs, in addition to taking into account best practices during acquisitions to continuously improve " the way we work".

Responsible for establishing a multi-site internal audit procedure for equipment, projects and the quality manage system with trained lead auditors with the intent to improve understanding of requirements and identify tangible improvement opportunities for the company to initiate with the support of the CI arm of the Quality team applying Six Sigma methodology and LEAN.

Established multi faceted client satisfaction programa for the Canadian operations with annual active project of 50 000+ to improve client satisfaction results, NPS and provide internal stakeholders with valuable client insights to grow the business organically.
