Duties and Responsibilities 

Inspecting over 100 boxes integrated circuit, micro chip for per day output schedule. Inspecting all material for defects like stain, holes wrong marking, scratch, FM defects, particles, resin bleed, mold defects, machine wrong orientation. Read blueprints ,data manuals,5s or other materials to determine specification, inspection, and testing procedures and adjustment methods certification processes, formula's or measuring instrument required. Performed machine process operation set up machine prior processing the product. Check machine calibration to ensure product. Do some machine trouble shot for some minor error encountered Checking documents needed prior processing and make sure all materials used is in good condition. Do quality product inspection process, lamination, mount, saw and wire bond operation.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Operated 2-3 machines at once per day to meet deadlines. Completed ten trays of daily orders. Regularly exceeding company productivity targets. Inspected and checked lenses and produced 10 trays per day for shipment. Check materials through the machine while checking the quality of the product throughout the job. Adjusted the operating speed and controlled the load of the machine. Performs visual check every 15 minutes and physical inspection. Trained and mentored new operators and guided them on what to do.
