Recently, I have just left a mobile device management analyst role at Northern Health (Northern BC) where I handled the remote management of the company’s smartphones, tablets, and satellite phones. I was in that role for just over three years, and in that time, I was able to increase the enrollment and management of mobile devices by 30% over the past year. Before that, I was a building manager at the Prince George, BC courthouse during the COVID-19 era. My first job role in Canada dates back to working as a Senior Customer Service Representative at ServiceBC. I have now moved down to Vancouver from Prince George and I am looking for exciting work opportunities.

Before migrating to Canada, I have been- among other jobs - a banking information professional and a logistics supervisor with a haulage company. Thus, my experience in clients’ services,building management, and information technology has made me passionate about interacting with and managing people. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my experience to assist the Government of Canada and the Canadian Soccer Association in co-hosting a spectacular FIFA World Cup.

November 2024 – February 2024: Mobility Analyst

  • Monitoring of organization’s mobile devices for security threats and enforcing policies such as data encryption, password requirements, and remote wipe capabilities for lost or stolen devices.
  • Management of application lifecycle and distribution of relevant corporate data, content, and configuration settings to mobile devices. 
  • Remote monitoring and troubleshooting of mobile device’ statuses, usage, and inventory. Monitoring also includes remote support (diagnoses, control, and resolution of device issues) to minimize downtime. 
  • Configuring of device policies through device configurations, including network settings, user restrictions, and access controls. Also performs onboarding and retirement of devices (enrolling new devices and securely decommissioning old ones to ensure proper data removal and end-of-life management).

September 2022 – October 2024: Information Systems Support Staff

  • Assists with the support and maintenance of information systems,including the identification and mitigation of timescale and resources utilized.
  • Assesses, analyses and implements access change requests,along with user account creation, modifications, and terminations.
  • Maintains software application support processes and ensures that all support requests are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
  • Investigates problems with the application software;and assists with the implementation of agreed solutions and preventative measures.

December 2019 - June 2020: Senior Customer Service Representative

  • Identified and assessed customers' needs to achieve resolution.
  • Provided accurate, valid and complete information of government services by using the right methods/tools.
