Experience

I have over 9 years of hands-on recruitment life cycle experience. I have extensive experience with ATS programs and other job portals. I am well-versed in Boolean search strings, head hunting, cold calling, and other smart sourcing techniques. As a recruiter, I am continually managing the candidate database and building rapport with candidates and managers. Instead of submitting resumes in response to open positions, I prefer to seek for the best resource for the job.

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from JNTU in India.
