I am a Univeristy of Alberta graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. I have over 2 years of student internship work experience in Computer Science roles. Currently I am interested in entry level Techncial Writing opportunities.

Software Developer | Andromeda Medical Imaging | January 2021 – January 2022
• Worked with a small team to develop stroke diagnostic software that utilizes machine learning
• Converted prospective machine learning code from MATLAB to Python
• Applied parallel programming concepts to improve the running time of the software
• Modified and added to the prospective machine learning algorithm to resolve bugs and improve its 
effectiveness
• Developed a simple GUI for the software using the Kivy Python library


Student Web Developer | Syncrude | January 2020 – December 2020
• Redeveloped an older ASP.NET Web Forms application using the more modern ASP.NET Core Razor Pages 
framework
• Designed SQL scripts to transfer the web application’s data to a new database while also simplifying the 
database schema where possible
• Held meetings with the application’s main users in order to identify ways in which the application’s user 
interface could be improved and simplified
• Resolved bugs in existing web applications and wrote technical reports in order to explain the changes that 
were made
• Maintained in-house C# libraries
Web and Database Developer | University of Alberta | May 2019 – September 2019
• Wrote and maintained Python scripts that generated webpages, parsed data, and updated database tables for 
the WellWiki website
• Designed a database schema, wrote SQL queries, and applied quality assurance analysis in order to develop a 
database of Hydraulic Fracking chemicals using a variety of data sources, with the purpose of helping a 
University Professor publish the data in the journal “Scientific Data”
• Participated in daily Scrum meetings to coordinate tasks with a Project Manager and other developers
