I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years working for established studios. My passion for fitness started when I began dancing at the age of 4. I kept this up and graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2019 with a BFA in Performance Dance. During this time the importance fitness and nutrition was brought to my attention in order for the body to perform to its potential. My goal is to help people get started or keep up with their healthy lifestyle in order for them to feel the best physically and mentally everyday.
