I am currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Archive Hospitality Group, I oversee full-cycle accounting, lead month-end close, manage payroll coverage, supervise AP payments, and prepare financial reporting and variance analysis for boutique hotels. Previously, I managed end-to-end accounts payable for multiple hotel properties, supporting P&L reviews, vendor management, and reconciliations in NetSuite. My background also includes project accounting in real estate and construction, with hands-on experience in construction draws, job costing, budgeting, and Sage 300 CRE, as well as leadership roles in accounts receivable using Yardi. Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in full-cycle AP/AR, cash management, banking, and reconciliations within financial services and insurance billing environments.
