After working for 12 years in a fast-paced call centre, I left to raise my family. With my return to the workplace I completed my Honours Bachelor of Art from the University of Toronto and a graduate diploma from Queens. I am passionate about service and love working with people and have volunteered with my children’s school and sports teams.

i was employed with the Hudson Bay Credit office in Markham for 12 years. I was tasked with answering customer calls regarding their Bay and Zellers cards. I would answer inquiries about their account, balances, and concerns about their purchases. I would find solutions to resolve these issues.
