Was instrumental in cost saving of $125K by reconfiguring & reusing the existing materials to the revised client specifications and 10% reduction in working capital by analyzing business unit trends. I was a key member of the steering committee for strategizing and reallocating resources; which achieved $1.2 million in operating cost savings.
