Mikaela Manzano

Hello, my name is Mikaela. I'm currently in my second year of college studying cosmetic techniques and management. I was also born here in Toronto and enjoy spending time with family and friends during my free time. Lastly, I love meeting new people and trying new things.

I have two years of retail experience. I worked with not only a clothing brand, but also a product brand. It's been a great experience to step foot in those fields. I learned so much and created many valuable relationships. I developed creative thinking strategies during busy days, learned how to use software devices to check stock and was a signer to approve returns and exchanges.

My most relevant education would include the program I'm currently enrolled in which is cosmetic techniques and management. It involves learning about how retail businesses function and provides tips on providing great customer service.
