Mila Bozinov

Hi, my name is Mila 🍄 I'm an ambitious entrepreneur, community steward and philanthropist, acting as the connective tissue between people, culture, nature and technology. My love for the natural world, empowering others and curiosity around growth has allowed me to explore my passions within web3, holistic wellness, systems design, sustainability as well as personal and professional development. 

My work lies in supporting organizations with their environmental, sustainability and governance initiatives as well as corporate social responsibility goals. I help people and organizations looking to step up and embrace change to create new systems that can support the wellness of their business. I love people and culture and how we organize and innovate. My passions combined with my understanding and skills has allowed me to expand my services in consulting, strategy, organizational design and leadership coaching.

I love to deepen my skills, knowledge and integration of blockchain technology by building and championing behind systems and models of regeneration, equity, collaboration and other value-aligned community initiatives. At ReFi, I have built out an educational and funding platform to build a bridge for those wanting to create impact and building tools and services that can fulfill their desired outcomes.

I am also super passionate about nature, personal growth and natural medicine🍄 I feel that on a deeper level, all have the unique ability to shift our mindset and help us create sustainable patterns and behaviours that can help us optimize our wellbeing. I have sat in journey with others for many years, teaching participants how to integrate the experience of their trip. I believe that our power lies in how we witness and hold space for others. We are always learning from one another and being in this space has allowed me to connect with people on a deeper level.

Together with my community and team I hope to help build a world around creating meaningful impact and developing healthy environments. Above all, I envision a world where we can foster a feeling of belonging and deep-rooted care for one another and our natural spaces 🌐
