• Familiarity with health regulations such as: Health Information Act, Health Insurance Premiums Regulation, Alberta Health Care Insurance Act.
• Work experience in a large or public organization.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity and Understanding working with health systems, data and analytics

• Capacity to work with multiple business areas, and multiple business partners, to troubleshoot technical issues, investigate, and understand business processes and workflows from any area of the GOA, and participate in Ministry VC consultations.
• Knowledge of the GOA ministries, Division and Branch priorities, directions, operational requirements, organizational structure, mandates and issues.
• Working towards professional certification CBAP, and ITIL.
• Knowledge and experience in ticketing systems such as Service-Now and BERNIE.
