Experience
My first job was being a sales associate as soon as i graduated from high school, I have gained valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. Then i worked as a receptionist for 2 years at a well known bank, In my role as a receptionist, I've gained experience in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. My responsibilities included greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization. Also i worked as as a banking associate for 2 years, In my role in collection and recovery credit cards sector, I've accumulated expertise in managing delinquent accounts and facilitating recovery processes. Responsibilities involved contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and documenting interactions.
Education
My education in the commerce stream has provided me with a solid foundation in business-related subjects. I've studied topics such as accounting, economics, finance, and business management. Also my diploma in computing has provided me with comprehensive knowledge and skills in various aspects of computer science and information technology. Currently i'm studying general business at Hanson college Brampton.
