I possess over 12+ years of experience as an Clinic Operations Manager within a healthcare setting, a passion for working on complex deliverables, and a proven track record of producing exceptional work in a fast-pacedenvironment. Through my experience, I developed a strong expertise in the areas of leadership and management,patient-centered care, human resources, and project management. In addition to managing the operational, human resources, and administration activities to ensure smooth operation, maximize patient satisfaction and streamline processes, I am adept at developing staff in collaborative decision making and shared governance to ensure a shared voice in clinical care practice, exchange of ideas, enhanced communication, and continually improved clinical and patient care outcomes.
