Roger Rawlins

I have been responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of nursing departments in the past as well as assuming responsibility for all operations during some experiences with various employers. Some of my duties included focusing on improving patient care, managing resources, and coordinating services.

Other functions included planning, financial management, policy development, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. I have maintained all required records, reports, statistics, etc., for staff including and department leaders in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. I am also familiar with and accustomed to being a member of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee. 

Hi, I’m Roger Rawlins. I really enjoy working in healthcare and human resources, helping people thrive at work. I’ve spent my entire career in the healthcare industry. As a management professional, I love to see people be successful in their chosen fields and what makes me feel really good inside is when someone tells me that they are happy in their role.

As per my CV, it can be seen that I have some good Core Competencies listed as well as good experience working in healthcare and HR.

Along with my education and experience, I also have some relevant certifications like DEI, Occupational Health & Safety Level Two.
