I am a highly organized and motivated person with knowledge of accounting, invoices & cheques handling and processing banking transactions. My skills also include my keen ability to foster and maintain client relationships which I have showcased during my tenure as an Assistant Manager in a bank as well as a Personal Banking Associate. I am currently looking for a role in a company where my accounting and organizational skills can be utilized and where I can learn about the Canadian accounting system.

Currently working as Personal Banking Associate. My job duties are-

Providing advice on different bank products and financial options.

Processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawal, bill payments, wire transfers

Opening, closing, and updating accounts for customers.

Monitoring account activity and identified suspicious transactions, taking appropriate action to prevent fraud.

Educatingcustomers on features and benefits of banking products and services.

Processing customer payments and account setup charges.

Informing customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks and certificates of deposit.

Balancing teller drawers and ATM cash.

Reconciling customer accounts and balanced daily transactions.

Investigating customer inquiries and resolved discrepancies in helpful and timely manner.
