Dear Hiring Manager,

I have 05 years of experience in industry besides that I have a solid customer service experience. In my previous job with Air Canada at YVR I gained valuable skills. Being a Canadian Citizen my English communication skills and positive attitude helped me to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues and maintain ongoing business.

I possess Graduate degree in Business administration from Carleton University Ottawa, Canada. In my previous experience I have gained not only technical expertise but also experienced in managing people and organizations. 

Approximate rate: CAD$ 20 per hour

Experience

  • More than 4 years administrative assistance experience with various vendor in Canada
  • Dynamic, extremely attentive, empathetic, committed and results focused.
  • Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills; proficiency in 

English language and fluency in foreign languages.

  • Ability to read and evaluate customer behavior.
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills. Quickly resolving issues in a way that 

is beneficial for the customer and the company.

  • Ability to work well under pressure as well as a strong team player.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in operational excellence and 

client relations.

  • Hold a strong passion for delivering effective communication, exhibiting tact and 

diplomacy to deliver information to audiences of varying sizes, levels and acumen.

  • Supporting leadership team members to help ensure achievement of critical tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information with care and discretion
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, able to do multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Capable of proactively participating in discussions, asking questions, ensuring understanding and providing explanations clearly and precisely.
  • Solution-oriented and an entrepreneurial mindset when working with all levels of seniority.     
  • Capable of monitoring access control, apprehending suspicious behavior and immediately responding to emergent situations.
  • Experienced to deal with challenging situations with ability of making quick decisions and proceeding in accordance with the applicable laws/ regulations and enforcing company’s policy and procedures.
  • Possess the quality of critical thinking and resolving conflict situations.
  • Provides full administrative support including managing and maintaining meetings and appointment calendars, and ensuring all the necessary information and reference materials are available.

Education

  • Excellent organizational skills for handling several items at once and for event planning.
  • Written communication skills to compose correspondence and ensure accuracy of material.
  • Best Customer Service, Managerial and Strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of office systems, activities and procedures.
  • Software proficiency – including Word, Excel, FileMaker, PowerPoint, PDF, web browsers and other software applications and data entries.
  • Driver license with absolutely clean driving record.
