As a Secured loans specialist, I am responsible for evaluating multiple applications for 2nd mortgages each and every week. We specialize in providing empathetic service to our clients and thorough evaluation of their current financial profile. This means that I must do a variety of tasks' such as calculating and evaluating debt-to-income ratio, Loan-to-value ratio, appraisal of residential properties as well as title searches through FNF. I verify employment, income as well as trends in banking history to qualify the clients. I also perform thorough sweeps for potential fraud. As a Branch manager I work closely with my team and develop strong intra-personal bonds to achieve maximum efficiency for our targets. The branch needs to be run profitably with a constant upward trend in number which we consistently achieve to reap bonuses. My background in graphic design and world literature allows me to be comfortable with technology and communication.  Complete Loan to value calculations using appraisal reports obtained from FNF
 Extensively review BC titles, registered liens, and judgements to assess loan
qualifications
 Calculate debt-to-income ratios for the clients by evaluating credit report, banking
history, income & liabilities
 Organize debt evaluation report for the clients to recommend the right products
 Receive extensive fraud review training and flagged several fraudulent applications
 Arrange appointments through FNF for secured loan signing
 Use cash-flow calculator to educate clients and consolidate other high interest
debts
 Administer personal loan (lending) accounts to provide unsecured loans & products
 Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to
customer needs to specifically pinpoint sales opportunities.
 Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts, maintaining an
impeccable level of service.
 Train and mentor, a team of financial service representatives to achieve branch
