• Assist new drivers with hiring procedures
• Saving Driver PODs on the server on a daily basis
• Updating truck and trailer files after entering PM, and annual Inspection in Excel sheets
• Filling PMs/Annual Inspections in the maintenance files
• Follow up with the drivers on the expiry of DL, Passport, Fast Card & medical
• Get an updated copy of Driver docs and update Customs on a timely basis
