Muskan Sharma

I am a self motivated and organized student . I have completed my graduation in computer applications. Currently, I am pursuing big data analytics course in Georgian College. I am a good team player and I believe in managing my time efficiently. Throughout my life, I have developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time.

I worked in amazon as a customer service representative . I answered phone calls from customers promptly and courteously and assisted customers with returns, exchanges, refunds, and other transactions as needed. I used to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner demonstrating my active listening skills. I worked there for more than 6 months.

I worked in A.Tech Computers as Customer support Agent for 1 year where i used to assist customers with technical support in electronic gadgets and sales of all computer and mobile related products.

I have completed my graduation in Computer Science. Currently I am pursuing postgraduate diploma in big data analytics from Georgian College, Canada. I have learned various programming languages and Microsoft office tools throughout this period. I studies accounts and business management in high school so i am  proficient in commerce field also.
