Hello, I'm Mykola (he/him). 
   As a seasoned software developer with over 10 years of experience in creating applications for iOS platform, I have a wealth of experience in delivering results for both small companies and large organizations. With a strong focus on agile development and a results-oriented approach, I am able to adapt to shifting deadlines and deliver high-quality software that hits expectations. I understand that business needs customized solutions and the ability to "Get Things Done". I am committed to bringing these values to any organization I work with.
   With a deep understanding of the software development process, I have experience in effectively managing small projects as a one-person army, as well as large projects requiring coordination among multiple developers. 
   As a senior developer, I have established development processes that have successfully brought numerous projects from inception to App Store launch.
   As a team lead, I have experience facilitating communication and collaboration among multiple teams to quickly and efficiently solve complex problems. I am skilled in identifying and prioritizing essential tasks while balancing them with urgent but non-essential tasks.
   In addition to my technical expertise, I have experience in management and mentoring roles. As a department manager, I have played a vital role in the growth and development of my team members, both technically and professionally. I have a track record of successfully retaining and motivating my team members.
