Navaneeth Vadakkayil is a dedicated and skilled supply chain management student at Conestoga College. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and driving operational efficiency. Navaneeth has advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP ERP system. He has a sound understanding of supply chain management principles and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Visio for process mapping. Navaneeth has exceptional organizational skills, is highly analytical, and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. He is experienced in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and meet high standards.

I have professional experience in the field of supply chain management. While I'm a supply chain management student at Conestoga College, I also have practical experience in the industry.

1. Production Operator at Stackpole International (Feb 2023 - Present): In this role, I am responsible for performing quality checks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and shifts.
2. Machine Operator at Erie Meats Products Ltd. (Mar 2022 - Feb 2023): I was involved in storing and controlling materials and products throughout the food processing and warehousing process. He operated various production machines to ensure the smooth operation of production.

These experiences have provided me with hands-on knowledge of supply chain operations and the importance of quality control in manufacturing. His roles have also honed his communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

I have pursued relevant education in Supply Chain Management, Ontario Graduate Certificate at Conestoga College. This program is designed to enhance his knowledge of supply chain concepts applicable to various logistics, procurement, and operations sectors. The program includes practical learning activities and covers topics such as supply chain in the automotive industry, ERP simulation, supply chain design and simulation, and sales force.
