As an accomplished Data Integration and Reporting Specialist, I have spent 2+ years during my masters and working with Michelin Business teams to determine the best data integration and reporting solutions suitable for their business processes.

In my current role at Michelin North America - PPC/CA, I collaborate with various Michelin Business teams to understand their unique needs and requirements, and then work towards building and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models for BI solutions that cater to their needs. I have established a data-driven based strategic roadmap with our BI team that aligns with the overall business objectives of the organization.

As the BI Technical SME, I closely monitor, review, and assess the development and deployment plans for BI solutions. I have also set up automatic, real-time, and reliable data flow from various data sources to Azure Data Lake and designed and implemented ETL packages on Microsoft-based solutions (On-Premise and Cloud). I build Reports and Dashboards on Power BI or/and similar visualization tools that help business stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

In my role, I manage priorities of shared resources in the team with the cooperation of the Business Analysts. I believe in working collaboratively with my team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed the expectations of our stakeholders.

I have a masters degree in Applied Computer Sciences and have completed numerous certifications, including OSISoft PI Certifications of a power user and a developer, that have helped me stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in the field of Data Integration and Reporting.
