I got chance to build up my management skills while starting up a brand new firm with several IT and non IT talents. I had set up a whole new US process in this organisation, as a middle man of MC, DOT and the Carriers.I handled a team of 22 members all dedicated working for almost 1500 trucks's taxation, renewals and getting their permits done.
