I'm writing to express my interest in the "RF Engineer" position. I think I'm a good fit for this position given my background in telecommunications and my knowledge of network planning, analysis, and optimization.

I have a profound understanding of Open RAN (O-RAN) architecture and a thorough awareness of both 2G and 4G/LTE networks. KPIs including TCH DCR, TCH AFR, SD Drop, Low HOSR, TCH Blocking, SD Blocking, and Uplink & Downlink Quality have all been successfully enhanced because to my knowledge in KPI analysis, optimization, and planning of 4G/LTE and VoLTE networks.

One of my strengths lies in driving automation and digitalization initiatives within network operations. I have been a program driver in implementing efficient and innovative solutions, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and cost savings. Furthermore, I excel in analysing network performance reports and devising actionable plans to address areas of improvement.

In terms of network planning, I have been involved in new site planning, site re-parenting, frequency planning, and neighbor tuning, all aimed at enhancing the overall quality of the network. I possess the ability to analyze drive test data to identify network issues such as poor coverage areas, interference, call drops, handover problems, and missing neighbour definitions. Additionally, I have successfully optimized sites for traffic balancing by leveraging analysis and monitoring of BBH & NBH reports.

My proficiency extends to utilizing RF design, planning, and optimization tools such as ATOLL, ASSET, Nemesis, MAPINFO, Winfoil, ITK, Romolu, and ADC Build. These tools have proven instrumental in performing accurate RF site surveys and ensuring the selection of the best suitable candidate site based on provided data.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a keen eye for detail. I thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
