  • Exceptional research and analytical skills with broad experience evaluating and communicating education, legal, health, and government policy to all audiences and translating research findings into strategic, solution-driven programs and implementations while maintaining awareness of global trends. Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as specialized software and applications, including Tableau, Qualtrics, ANOVA, SPSS, and Webropol.

  • Strong and persuasive fundraiser, securing $8M+ CDN in grants for research projects, working independently and as part of a team. Helped fundraise for NGOs, identifying funding opportunities and participating in donor engagement and tracking.
  • Effective communicator with 52+ diverse research publications and presentations in books, journals, and at conferences. Co-authored Questions in Qualitative Social Justice Research in Multicultural Contexts, which was awarded Outstanding Qualitative Book 2023 from the American Education Research Association and endorsements from leading researchers.
