My recent experience as a Financial Services Representative at CIBC Bank has equipped me with excellent customer service and communication skills. In this role, I assisted clients with various financial products, opened personal and business accounts, processed loans, and helped clients achieve their financial goals. My ability to build rapport with customers and provide tailored financial advice was key to my success in this role.

Additionally, my previous roles have allowed me to develop a diverse skill set. As a Gas Station Manager at Shell Gas, Canadian Tire Gas+, and Petro Canada, I gained hands-on experience in managing operations, training staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction. My ability to handle multiple tasks, such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service, has prepared me to excel in a fast-paced environment.  I have knowledge of many accounting softwares.

Furthermore, my role as an O-Train Ambassador with the City of Ottawa gave me valuable experience in public interaction and problem-solving. I guided customers, ensured safety at stations, and provided feedback to improve services. My strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle public inquiries make me a great fit for a customer-facing role at  Minto.

I am also proficient in various software tools, including MS Office, accounting, and payroll software, which enable me to perform administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. My full G license and familiarity with city areas further enhance my suitability for any shift-based or mobile roles. I am Canadian citizen with police clearance and good credit score.
