• Completed N55m, 6-unit luxury block of town house in Lekki phase 1, one week early (Challenge: 90-day deadline with 25 days of rain).
• Oversaw the construction and design of 8 buildings of both semi-detached and detached duplexes for Wema Homes (Loan and Savings) at Calton gate estate chevron drive Lekki, Project was completed within deadline despite extensive material delays, architectural design challenges and unforeseen sub-contractor labor disputes.
• Liaising with housing authorities to obtain building approval and reduction of Govt. red tape.
