Olusegun Ajayi

 I am a youth service worker with lots of experience in mental health and addiction. I assist and counsel young people and their families who are going through various difficult situations. also, assist children and develop life skills, social skills, and access to community resources.

I currently working with Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc (Ndinawe)  In Winnipeg since May 2022 up to date as a Youth Support Worker.

• Maintain written log, and document pertinent information as it relates to youth, household events, and program as provided.
• Work with youth to problems solve, and navigate a variety of systems
• Perform shelter intakes, assessments, and registration duties
• Make referrals for services required by clients
• Recording and sharing information related to client functioning and house issues 
• Provide people struggling, with substance use, or alcohol with help and a path toward 
• Supervise and manage the affairs of Vulnerable people and those who lack mental capacity in accordance with the mental Act Capacity
• Worked collaboratively with referring agencies to ensure that our services are effective, empowering and promote long-term success.
• Being aware of supporting and reinforcing client risk management plans and strategies
