A passionate educator, writer, and researcher, I am deeply committed to shaping minds and influencing educational transformation. With an  Ph.D. in Educational Administration, I bring scholarly depth to my roles as a teacher, journal reviewer, and contributor to academic discourse. I am a proud member of the Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) and the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), where I actively engage with global best practices. Experience

Dr. Oluwadare Deji Ogunbiyi is a dedicated and accomplished educator with a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, and dual Master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Educational Leadership. With a strong passion for teaching, leadership, and academic excellence, he has served as a seasoned teacher and educational administrator across various levels of the Nigerian education system.

Dr. Ogunbiyi has authored over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles published in reputable local and international academic journals, and currently serves as a reviewer for the African Educational Research Journal. His areas of expertise include school leadership, educational policy, adult and non-formal education, digital learning, and the transformative use of technology in educational management.

Driven by a deep commitment to equity, resilience, and purpose, Dr. Ogunbiyi brings a unique blend of scholarly rigor and practical experience to education. He is recognized for his resilience, impactful teaching, and scholarly contributions to educational leadership and reform.
