Experience
HSEQ Management Duties
- Responsible for the upkeep and enforcement of all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality processes and programs.
- Take part and schedule internal audits based on the ISO 9001:2015 international standard, as a qualified auditor.
- Issue management of change reports, non-conformance reports and opportunities to continually improve the Quality Management System.
- Schedule Bi-monthly management review meetings to discuss quality objectives, current EOI’s and RFQ’s, and ongoing work scopes.
- Scheduling training for all staff, both for onshore work and offshore.
- Coordinate training requirements with offshore based customers and ensure proper documentation packages are available when travel is required.
- Schedule and enforce the preventative maintenance of all equipment. This includes dealing with 3rd parties to recertify and recalibrate when needed.
- Complete final inspections on all work scopes and sign off before parts leave work site.
- Monitor and maintain the safety system through yearly internal safety audits.
- All safety duties mentioned in previous role are relevant to this HSEQ position.
Procurement Duties
- Coordinate logistics with customs brokers, shipping companies, and local / international suppliers.
- Relationship building and distributor growth with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Use of inventory and preventative maintenance software to order and schedule calibrations and maintenance on equipment.
- Use of Emaint X4 software to purchase products, track and allocate equipment to work scopes.
- Data entry and management of inventory items by means of linking to equipment and assets.
- Quoting of parts and service to customers.
- Open parts-based work orders and facilitate a purchase order for customers.
Safety Duties
- Head of WHSCC committee to discuss safety related topics.
- Trained staff in the use of JSA’s as part of the internal training requirement.
- Handled all safety inspections on site and of powered mobile equipment.
- Organized all hazardous waste disposal.
- Create safety programs and enforce requirements for COR certification.
- Lead daily toolbox talks.
- Actively communicated any safety related issues to all employees.
