I am a problem solver with decision making ability, excellent listening, verbal and oral communication skills, meticulous and committed to details and ability to multi-task. I am efficient in the use of MS office applications and other computer programs. 

I have over 10 years of experience in the service industry offering sales of financial services, customer advisory, resolution of complaints and transaction disputes. 

I have over 11 years of experience in banking with Sterling Bank Plc, Lagos, covering Tellering, Customer Service, Local and International Funds Transfers, Service Management Supervision and Leading a team that managed 16 Automated Teller Machines across different locations as well as cash managemen across over 10 branche of the bank. I related with the Centra  Bank of Nigeria and partner commercial banks to manage the flow of cash in my bank. 

In addition to University education and on the job trainings, I have attended several training programs on service excellence, leadership, and emotional intelligence.

 These position me for delivery in everything about managing customer requests from initiation to completion, relationship management, team work and leadership.
