I bring over 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and patient support, with a focus on improving healthcare operations through data-driven insights. Currently, I work as a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant at Trillium Health Partners, where I collect and report critical data, facilitate diagnostic imaging studies, and ensure smooth patient transfers within the hospital. Additionally, I volunteer at the Adult Diabetes Management Centre, where I assist in data management, appointment coordination, and patient care, contributing to process optimization and improved patient outcomes.
