I have been working in the mental health field for about 10 years, working with a number of culturally diverse clients. Being a Canadian immigrant myself. I have a passion of working with those looking to grow and reach their own goals to be one the best they can be! I have worked clients on a number of topics including relationship issues, life transitions, grief, stress, anxiety and depression. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years in a variety of roles with non-profits, health authorities, and in private practice. Using the knowledge and skills I have gained through previous experience I can provide counselling to diverse and marginalized populations.

Education

I have a Master of Education from Thompson Rivers Iniversity with a focus in counselling psychology. I also have relevant experience and education in Family and Group Therapy, from the Satir Institute of the Pacific.
