- Performed daily Pre-Operational Inspection and taking ATP Swab looking for non-conformities with check sheet and if find any write non-conformance report and work order to have deficiency corrected.

- Reviewed and verified on a daily, weekly & monthly the documents to ensure proper follow up to any non conformance.
- On line performed weight checks of product, set up metal detector, recorded cooler and freezer temperatures, printed and verified labels for DATE CODE, UPC, BB date with accuracy
- Performed in house calibration of Metal detector, Scale, Thermometer
- Performed surface swabbing and sampling at the required frequencies for routine micro testing
- Investigated customer complaints and alert QA manager of the corrective action taken, continue to monitor the status to achieve consistent results.

- Microanalysis of Food, raw materials, water quality analysis, TPC, ingredient test for enumeration of E. coli, Coliforms, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold
- Collected and send out of Third-party lab environmental swabs for listeria, salmonella, aerobic testing, water testing.
- Knowledge of Food safety (HACCP principals,CCP, GMPs, SOPs and SSOPs, Pest Control & Recall programs).
- Develops and delivers effective communication that provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates and process changes.
- COA Request for each ingredients received and maintenance for document control log/HACCP log.
- Perform Monthly Equipment Calibration, monthly premises and GMP audits.
- Perform weekly /monthly CV Task for CFIA and swabbing with CFIA .
- Periodic organization of dry storage area to eliminate risk of allergen cross contamination.
- Validation for cleaning, CCPs, Allergens, laundry and supplier assessments.
- Lead the food safety and HACCP Team and HACCP certified.
