− Help Desk Technician at Mark Anthony Group:
• Supported internal employees, across all global offices, with accounts and computer problems using
ticketing software such as ServiceNow to document the issues and ensure all notes are properly and
efficiently filled out with detail.
• Repaired and replaced computer hardware in the case of a workstation/server failure, and used software
diagnostic tools and scripts to monitor client health with system center configuration manager (SCCM)
• Improved the IT infrastructure by working on projects alongside the IT team
• Implemented Dynamics 365 CRM software, and carried out IT duties including setting permissions for
users, creating reports, and importing data into the software.
