The LiveWell Centre was founded with a simple but powerful goal: to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay active at every stage of life. Located in the heart of Kingston, Ontario, our clinic brings together chiropractic care and physiotherapy under one roof to provide practical, evidence-based solutions for pain, injury, and long-term physical health.

Our clinic was built from the belief that great healthcare should be collaborative, personalized, and rooted in education—not quick fixes. We take the time to understand each patient’s story, lifestyle, and goals, whether that means returning to work safely, staying competitive in sport, or simply moving comfortably day to day.

Has 28 years of experience practicing as a chiropractor, expanded to open The Live Well Centre in 2010, to become Kingstons first multi-disciplined health clinic, featuring chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy.
