Experience
Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience and expertise in various roles. As an Associate Research Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, I was responsible for credit control and completing comprehensive Business Credit Reports. Additionally, I conducted in-depth research and analysis to support strategic business decisions and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to address diverse business needs. During my time at Dun & Bradstreet, I also played a crucial role in data collection and analysis for a licensing project, further refining my analytical skills.
In my role as an Assistant Officer in the eCommerce Department at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, I actively contributed to the planning, execution, and post-evaluation of a Cloud kiosk project. This experience allowed me to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I assisted in formulating effective marketing plans, leveraging my understanding of customer preferences and market trends.
During my tenure as a Management Trainee at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, I gained extensive experience overseeing the daily operations of the retail shop. This involved managing sales and expenses, conducting staff training, ensuring efficient inventory management, and implementing security and safety measures. Furthermore, I played a vital role in the company's learning app, developing training materials, including designing and filming over 50 learning videos in the Human Resources Department. I also collaborated with the marketing team on lead generation and worked closely with key stakeholders to promote and implement overall business strategies in the Sales Management Department. In the Branding & Marketing Department, I was responsible for developing and editing content for the Group's promotion channels, ensuring timely delivery of branding projects/events/collaterals within scope, budget, and technical feasibility.
Currently, I am working as a Customer Service Agent at SkyTeam Lounge YVR, part of the Global Lounge Network. In this role, I consistently deliver quality customer service to passengers, prioritizing their comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I handle all check-in tasks with precision and efficiency while collecting the necessary information to facilitate a smooth process.
