Tech Support Engineer - STYPIX January 2020 to Aug 2023 • Install, Configure and manage server hardware and software. • Synchronize with clients and collect their requirements and prepare documents. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products, services, or systems being supported. This includes understanding their features, configurations, and common issues • Provide hand-on system administration support for the development and test platforms. • Oversee and manage project activities by using Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA, Git, etc. • Troubleshoot, upgrade, and develop procedures for applications software by performing root cause analysis and provide a permanent solution for the breaks. • 24x7 rotational support, including escalation to Emergency Response Team (ERT), driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventative action follow through, and participation in weekly operations reviews. • Provide excellent customer service and support by actively listening to customer concerns, addressing their questions, and guiding them through issue resolution.
