• Familiar with various software such as Load link, truck stop  , Avaal  , Border connect, Samsara and quick books.
• Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments .
• Maintaining  record of dispatched calls, driver routes , route changes as well as delivery and pickup times .
• Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply .
• Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints 
• Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules 
• Dealing with brokers and negotiating for loads.
• Handling all driver-related satellite messages or calls within assigned and overflow queues 
• Preparing  customs clearance paperwork and ensuring it has been submitted to the customs broker
• Following up with customs brokers to ensure clearances are completed in a timely manner
