I am currently taking my graduate program in Human Resource Management and I am a Graduate of communication with over six years experience in customer service and customer Relationship management. Experienced in multi-tasking and prioritizing in a large fast paced organization. In the past I managed and coordinated a team of over 18 customer service officers as a middle manager. I have sufficient Digital literacy; having worked as middle manager with a Fintech organization as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, excel, Power Point and Outlook) and Freshdesk CRM. I am action oriented, flexible and able to adapt to changes in positive manner, passionate about helping clients meet their financial goals by proactively listening, creatively matching customers’ needs with available products, experienced processing online financial transactions with speed and accuracy. I have an excellent interpersonal communication with demonstrated ability to work independently and as member of a team.
