Princess Kaye Lim

I am a seasoned Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) educator with nearly a decade of teaching experience across both secondary and tertiary levels. I have taught Physics, Chemistry, and general science subjects in various educational institutions, including Anao National High School, King’s College of the Philippines, and CIT Colleges.

Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered engaging STEM curricula, incorporating technology, laboratory work, and research-based instruction to enhance student learning. I have also taken on leadership roles such as Grade Level Chairman, Science Coordinator, School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Coordinator, and Research Coordinator, contributing to both academic and operational excellence.

My strengths include curriculum development, research mentoring, disaster preparedness training, and fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. I am deeply committed to empowering students through science education and continuous professional growth.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Physical Science. I have also completed the academic requirements for the Doctoral Degree in Education, major in Science Education. This strong academic foundation has deepened my expertise in Physics, Chemistry, curriculum development, and educational research. It has also prepared me to lead in STEM education, mentor both students and colleagues, and contribute to the advancement of science teaching practices at both secondary and tertiary levels.
