I have experience working as a Data Analyst Intern at Scotiabank, where I researched and engineered software products to run highly manual business processes using Python and Stream lit. I also developed a Power-BI dashboard for effective decision making and insight generation for processed data. I have worked on several automation projects using Python, PowerShell, and Excel Power Query, saving considerable effort and increasing efficiency.

I have also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at American Express and a Data Analyst at Mu Sigma. I have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and are an effective communicator with excellent teamwork skills. I have a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control and are currently pursuing Cloud Computing (Big Data) at Lambton College.

My professional experience includes working as a Data Analyst Intern at Scotiabank, where you researched and engineered a software product to run a highly manual business process, reducing the monthly effort from three weeks to less than an hour, saving 100+ hours. I have also developed a Power-BI dashboard for effective decision-making and insight generation for processed data. 

As part of your Work Integrated Learning Capstone at Lambton College, I researched AWS cloud services and developed a cloud-based big-data pipeline to analyze stock market tweets on Twitter. I collected live Twitter data using AWS Pub-Sub service called Kinesis Firehose and Twitter streaming REST API. I used NLP to process text data and extract sentiment information and used Pyspark for all transformations in the pipeline. Furthermore, I also designed the No-SQL backend in DynamoDB for the Python front-end application to access and report metrics, plus implemented a data lake using S3 and Glue for staging data before and after transforms.

Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Business Analyst at American Express, where I automated the delivery of 20+ crucial business reports using Python as the transformation engine, saved 100+ resource hours, and developed new KPIs to existing reports to improve the understanding of data by business users. I also collaborated with multiple stakeholders to migrate the small business reporting for the Canada region to the Big Data ecosystem.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control from National Institute of Technology, India, and you are currently pursuing a Cloud Computing (Big Data) program at Lambton College, Canada. I have also completed various online certifications related to Google Cloud, Hadoop, and Pyspark.
